When you are 100% sure of this truth, God the Father forgives you of all sin. He then gives you spiritual life and establishes your relationship with Him. He actually makes you one of His own children: “But as many as received him, to them he gave the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12).
